UK 🇬🇧 - Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class, larger items (large prints, books, calendars) will be send via Tracked 24.

International 🌎 - All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Yes, Royal Mail has continued shipping to the USA.

The extra charge for prints and colouring books is a flat £0.50 handling fee, which I have included in the shipping cost.

I aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 5 working days. After dispatch:

UK - 1-2 working days

Europe - 3-5 working days

Worldwide - 6-7 working days

Yes! Select your country at checkout to for international shipping. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

You may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. This will be determined and collected by your country's customs office and is completely out of my hands.

Many countries do not charge custom fees until an order is over a certain threshold, so this will not apply to everyone.

If your order has not arrived, then it may be being held at your local customs office. Please contact them and pay the customs fee to receive your order.
